For the inaugural Foggy Noggin tapping, we begin with our two flagship beers - Bit O' Beaver (an English Bitter) and Christmas Duck (a Robust Porter). Keep watch to see which beers will be brewed on our 1/2 BBL system next. Foggy Noggin followers will have influence on future release beers. Bit O’Beaver – English Bitter - AVAILABLE ALL YEAR

Oski Wow-Wow – Scotch Ale - SEASONAL
Brewed in the olde Scottish traditional manner, Oski Wow-Wow is made with patience and love for the founders of this delicious beer style. The first 10% of the mash runnings are caramelized in the kettle, then liquified and added to the rest of the boil. Toffee and caramel flavors you have never tasted before are the result. Best enjoyed in Strawberry Canyon on a nice fall afternoon, you are sure to hear those enjoying the bounty of this special seasonal. One taste and you will shout - "Oski Wow-Wow!"

Castrated livestock improves the strength and durability, which creates a bolder and more aggressive breed. Kastrated Dawg is aggressively bold, while gentle and smooth. A big malt forward flavor is well balanced with an agressive hop bitterness. All tongue with nothing to lick.

Chief Lightfoot – Irish Red - SEASONAL
Every fall, Chief Lightfoot would adorn his full traditional garb and dance each Saturday afternoon. People would come from all over the world to watch and enjoy. His legacy is remembered in Foggy Noggin’s Irish Red Ale. The reddish hue brings this quaffable ale to your attention, the smooth, rich, rounded malty back-bone warms your senses, and the hint of dry bitterness in the finish makes you wish you had another pint. Butch's Brew – Brown Ale - SEASONAL
Celebrating the fall harvest, Brown Ales have been a long awaited standard in the UK. Adding fresh roasted nuts to this rich beer, added an extra special character that only the finest breweries produced. Foggy Noggin embraces this tradition with the celebration from the local Palouse Hills. This traditional English Brown has locally grown Pacific NW Hazelnuts that have been freshly roasted to the mash. The result, a rich malt forward beer - with a wonderful medley of sweet flavors that linger long in a dry pleasing finish. Thanks Butch!

Sparky would be proud of this incredible interpretation of an English Pale Ale. This beer has a bold hoppy aroma that will warn you to apply sunscreen and put on your sunglasses. A huge amount of hops are added to the end of the boil to make this beer pop. Nice balance with a rich malty sweetness and floral aggressive hoppy pressence will have you thinking Spring is already here. ¡Salud!

Every beer has a dream and in respect of the great MLK, beer's all over the world have gained equality. English, German, Belguim and even American beers are now seen on tap next to each other. MLK Alt is brewed as a traditional German Alt and fits in perfectly with the Foggy Noggin English beer line-up. Brewed in the winter and lagered until the spring provides a crisp, sharp flavor profile and a nice hop backbone. Prost!
